Lisa Richardson

Photo of Lisa RichardsonLisa Richardson is an accomplished attorney and mediator. She has extensive litigation experience, as well as expertise in multi-party negotiation and mediation. Since 2008, her practice has centered on family law and mediation. Prior to that she spent 10 years as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General litigating complex environmental issues in and around the State of Texas. Ms. Richardson represented various State Agencies in environmental matters. This included trial work, mediation and multi-party negotiations. Among her accomplishments were successful resolutions of cases involving drinking water, water quality, air pollution, municipal solid waste, hazardous waste, oil and gas, natural resource damages, and pesticide enforcement.

In her family law practice, Ms. Richardson works with her clients to find simple, practical and cost-effective solutions to complex divorce, custody, access, possession, and/or financial problems.

Josh Culp

Photo of Josh CulpJosh has handled divorces, complex property division, child custody modifications, enforcement of court orders and more. His familiarity with courts in Williamson, Travis, Hays and Bastrop Counties provides him with expertise in central Texas family law matters.

Josh attended Texas A&M University and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in political science. He then went on to graduate with his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. In his spare time, Josh enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and watching sports.

Jennifer Bolton

Photo of Jennifer BoltonJennifer Bolton has been a paralegal with Lisa Richardson since 2012. She began her career in Bryan, Texas, as a paralegal focusing on personal injury defense.

Upon becoming a military wife, she became a paralegal with the law firm of Dan Corbin & Associates in Killeen, Texas, where she focused on family law. In 2004, she became Court Coordinator for the 264th Judicial District Court in Bell County, Texas. She later served as Court Administrator for the newly formed 425th District Court in Williamson County, Texas, until the summer of 2012.

Jennifer resides in Round Rock with her husband, two children, and two cats.

Sherri Moldenhour

Prior to coming to work for Lisa, she worked as a paralegal in Taylor for many years. She and her husband live in Taylor and have two grown sons and two grandchildren.

Jessica Mitchell

Jessica Mitchell joined our office as Litigation Assistant in 2017. Jessica is a Mississippi native who has since relocated to Texas. She graduated from Jackson State University with a degree in Social Sciences with concentrations in History and Social trends, and a minor in Spanish. After graduating she traveled abroad to Costa Rica where she taught English to primary and secondary school students in Puerto Limon, CR and later received a Certification of Completion for Language proficiency from el Instituto de Cultura y Lengua Costarricense (ICLC). More recently, Jessica completed an Associates in the Physical Therapy Assistant program from South University, Round Rock.

Jessica currently lives in Round Rock and enjoys anything outdoors, from hunting and fishing to camping and outdoor ranges. Her fur babies are her greatest loves and she can be seen on her days off being dragged around Old Settler’s Park by her English Mastiff and a Labradane.
